The RealLine Internal Control is intended to use with VBD-Line of RealLine Pathogen Kits.
This Internal Control is universal for RNA and DNA detection and can be used with VBD-Line of RealLine Pathogen Kits, except RealLine Helicobacter pyloris kits
Our strict recommendation is to isolate the target DNA/RNA together with Internal Control (IC) NA for an efficiency control of the isolation of DNA/RNA from the clinical samples in the subsequent detection.
In RealLine Extraction Kits the Internal Control (IC) is always included.
But for the use of DNA/RNA extraction systems from other producers we strictly recommend to use this RealLine Internal Control together with the RealLine PCR kits and add it before extraction procedure.
