Description

The RealLine SARS-CoV-2 Detection Kit is an in vitro Nucleic Acid Test (NAT) – pathogendetection-based product and is designed to detect SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19 virus, 2019-nCoV) and SARS-like coronaviruses in human biological samples with the Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) method.

Formats

A-format

In A-format kits the Primer-Probes-Mix is pipetted in 0.2 ml white tubes arranged in strips and sealed with paraffin. For the preparation the respective number of tubes can be easily cutted.  Extracted DNA/RNA  and RT-Mix have to be pipetted to the tubes, close the tubes with caps and run the test. The tubes are medium-profile tubes and fit to RealLine Cyclers, BIO-RAD cyclers and others.

B-format

In B-format kits the Primer-Probes-Mix is pipetted in 0.2 ml clear single tubes and sealed with paraffin. Extracted DNA/RNA  and RT-Mix have to be pipetted to the tubes, close the tubes and run the test. The tubes are medium-profile tubes and fit to RotorGene Cyclers, RealLine Cyclers, BIO-RAD cyclers and others.
